Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Studio Advisor to support members and guests and assist instructors in creating a positive environment. You will generate revenue by promoting memberships and packages, greeting members, and handling check-ins in person and by email.

The role includes sales responsibilities, merchandise promotion, and maintaining a clean studio. Base hourly pay plus unlimited commissions rewards performance in a fast-paced, welcoming studio setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Friendly, welcoming personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members/guests in-person and via email with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, orderly studio including bathrooms and towels.
• Promote specials, promotions, referrals, and memberships.
• Coordinate check-in procedures and ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and sell merchandise and track sales opportunities.
