BODYROK Tampa Bay is seeking a Studio Advisor to provide exceptional customer service while driving membership sales and program enrollment. You will assist members in person and via email, maintain a welcoming studio environment, and support instructors to ensure a positive community experience.

The role emphasizes commission-based earnings with a base hourly rate and opportunities for additional compensation on successful sales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service or sales preferred.
• 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred.
• Competitive drive to succeed in commission-based sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with common software.
• Strong communication in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Check-in greet and assist members and guests; ensure check-in procedures.
• Drive sales by promoting memberships and packages; follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain front desk and studio cleanliness; handle towels, laundry, and waste.
• Promote and sell merchandise; assist with promotions and referrals.
• Provide high level customer service; address questions or billing issues.
