Responsibilities

• Explains approved membership options, eligibility requirements, fees, benefits, and facility services to prospective and current members.
• Processes membership applications, renewals, changes, freezes, cancellations, payments, and related documentation within assigned authority.
• Reviews account information for completeness and accuracy and resolves routine discrepancies.
• Assists members with account access, billing, eligibility, and service questions and escalates exceptions or disputes appropriately.
• Maintains accurate and confidential membership, payment, communication, and follow-up records.
• Follows cash-handling, privacy, and information-security procedures.
