Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Membership Concierge I in Bloomingdale, IL to deliver top-tier service to members and guests at the front desk. You’ll be the welcoming first contact, educating on programs, events, pricing, and policies, and assisting with account changes in a fast-paced club environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in service or reception, are able to stand for long periods, and demonstrate a hospitality mindset with strong verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
