Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests at our Bloomingdale club. You will help visitors feel welcome and valued while supporting healthy, lifestyle-focused goals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, education on programs and events, and accurate handling of member transactions in a fast-paced environment. A positive, service-oriented attitude is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to service orientation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsabilidades

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educates members and guests on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Exemplifies hospitality mindset to build relationships and create exceptional experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
