Life Time in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests. As the first contact, you will help ensure visitors feel welcomed and valued while supporting healthy lifestyle goals.

The role includes answering calls, educating members on programs, processing transactions, and building value-based relationships. Must have 6 months service experience, complete Concierge Certification, and be able to work at least 15 hours weekly.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
• Must complete Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Commitment to serve others

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good verbal communication
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

Responsabilidades

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
