Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Illinois to deliver exceptional member service at the front desk. You’ll be the first contact for members and guests, helping them feel welcomed while guiding them through programs, events, pricing, and policies.

This hourly, part-time role requires at least 6 months of service or reception experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods. We offer benefits and a path to concierge certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
