Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to ensure a welcoming start
• Answer phone calls promptly and delegate to provide effective responses
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Build relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention
• Assist with account maintenance and processing of payments
• Support retention efforts by offering alternatives to cancel memberships
• Engage in service recovery to resolve member questions and concerns
• Promote amenities and programs to prospective members to drive sign-ups
• Introduce new members to Personal Training services and assist enrollment
• Earn commissions through Personal Training sales

Education

HS graduate or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
