Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to be the front-line contact for members and guests, delivering outstanding service and guiding them through account maintenance, payments, and program information.

You will build strong relationships, educate members on events and pricing, and support membership growth while ensuring a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Must deliver high quality customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for 4 hours at a time and maintain a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing member needs and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention activities.
• Resolve issues and perform service recovery using proper tools.
