Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred (1–2 years).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, member needs, and transactions including payments.
