Qualificações

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Processes member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses tools to resolve questions and drive service recovery.
