Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships by delivering extraordinary hospitality.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educate members on club programming, events, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing of changes and transactions.
• Support new member sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve member questions and concerns using available tools.
