Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Minnesota to support member engagement, account maintenance, and program information delivery. You will grow professionally through hospitality certification progressions and create a personalized succession plan aligned with your goals.

The role emphasizes duties such as handling member inquiries, processing changes, educating on club offerings, and supporting new memberships and retention efforts in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to stand for 4 hours; friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships to create extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members and support retention.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
• Serves as contact for new memberships and retention interactions.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
