Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Membership Concierge II at our Minnesota location in Coon Rapids. You will handle account maintenance, educate members on club programming, and engage guests to foster loyalty while supporting sales and retention initiatives.

You will operate as the first contact for members, deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced resort setting, and progress through hospitality certifications as part of a structured career path.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests.
• Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
