Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions gracefully.
• Experience in customer service or sales (1–2 years).
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members/guests, delivering extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments for services and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem-solving and service recovery using available tools.
