Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent to welcome members and guests, support daily operations, and contribute to membership growth. You will be the first point of contact, delivering an outstanding member experience and assisting with tours, onboarding, and inquiries.

The role is part-time and in-person with mornings/evenings/weekends shifts, paid at $18.00 per hour. Join a high-energy team with access to premium facilities and innovative programming.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).
