Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk agent for a part-time, in-person role in Kentucky. You will greet members, manage check-ins, and help maintain a welcoming gym environment.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours for prospects, and enroll them in memberships while staying knowledgeable about services and equipment. You’ll also handle records, daily facility checks, and support a positive, energetic team culture.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
