Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance member experiences and drive positive interactions at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer questions, and support member sign-ups and check-ins while delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, tours, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
