Goldfish Swim School - Oakdale, Eagan, and Lakeville is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to greet families, guide enrollment, and support membership growth in a fast-paced environment. You will answer calls, handle inquiries, and assist with merchandise while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required, and training is provided as needed. Evening and weekend availability is essential, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families at check-in to create a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members.
• Guide families through the enrollment process using sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, restrooms, and lobby.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
