Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Edmond, OK is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to welcome members, answer phones, and guide families through enrollment in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You should be a natural communicator, comfortable learning new software, and reliable with strong organizational skills. Evening and weekend availability is required; CPR/First Aid/AED certifications will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family at check-in and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls for enrollments.
• Guide families through the enrollment process and assist with merchandise purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area; enforce safety rules and assist in first aid when needed.
