Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a diligent Member Support Specialist I to be the first point of contact for members, handling 80-100+ calls daily to assist with financial needs. This high-energy role requires empathy, focus, and a passion for helping people.

You will assist members by phone and digital channels with non-cash transactions, guide them through digital banking tools, and promote self-service options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Call center or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to assist members via phone and digital channels with non-cash transactions and account support.
• Comfort with digital tools and basic office equipment.
