With 2+ years of experience and a high school diploma, you will contribute to resolving issues, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Credit union or banking call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone and digital channels with non-cash transactions and account support.
• Provide accurate information about TFCU products and services.
• Guide members through digital banking tools and promote self-service options.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex or unique member issues.
