Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Member Support Specialist) to welcome patients, manage check-in/out, verify insurance, and support care delivery at our Union Station, Washington DC location.

You will be the first contact for patients, uphold the One Medical service standard, and collaborate with the practice team to ensure a smooth, compassionate experience for every member.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties including check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and paperwork.
• Manage daily office tasks and scheduling for patients and staff.
• Support providers and team with ad hoc requests and problem-solving.
