One Medical is seeking a Member Support Specialist to act as the friendly ambassador for patients in the office, ensuring a seamless, on-brand experience from check-in to follow-up. You’ll handle scheduling, payments knowledge, and patient feedback with empathy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Practice Coordinator and Operations Manager to support providers and maintain a welcoming lobby, while leveraging technology like Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our EMR to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house support including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure brand look aligns with One Medical standards.
• Support providers and teammates with ad hoc requests and problem solving.
• Utilize Slack, G-suite, Zoom and EMR to coordinate with the team and patients.
• Open/close office and manage daily upkeep and restocking as needed.
