• 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven teams.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house support and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with scheduling, intake, and insurance verification as needed.
• Support providers and office staff with ad hoc requests.
• Master the office technology stack (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, EMR 1Life).
• Maintain the lobby look and feel to align with One Medical branding.
