Job summary

One Medical in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Medical Receptionist to deliver exceptional in-person service to our Senior Health members. You will be the first contact for patients, manage appointments, verify insurance, and keep the lobby aligned with our brand.

You’ll collaborate with the Practice Coordinator and Operations Manager, use our tech stack (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, 1Life EMR), and support the team with opening/closing duties and daily upkeep.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply; English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid in-office experience
• Handle front of house duties including check in/out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork, prep tests
• Contribute to team development through rounding, team huddles, and ad hoc asks
• Master our tech stack: Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, and 1Life EMR to interact with team and patients
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office look and feel
