Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Flex Member Support Specialist to be the welcoming face for patients, ensuring a smooth in-office experience. You will manage front-of-house tasks, assist with scheduling, and act as a liaison across multiple offices within a Market.

You’ll join a patient-centered team that values empathy, adaptability, and clear communication, with opportunities to grow as care delivery expands. This is a full-time, in-office role in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake, check-in/check-out, and front-of-house duties.
• Maintain lobby area appearance and ensure branding consistency across offices.
• Support multiple One Medical locations within your market.
• Use technology tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to interact with team and patients.
