Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience. You will drive membership, fitness, and retail product sales while building relationships and promoting the value of our offerings.

In this role you will onboard new members, generate leads, and support retention efforts to help meet club revenue goals. A strong customer service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience and knowledge of fitness products/services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and club technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and service encounters with guests and members.
• On-board new members and support retention initiatives.
• Generate leads and promote local marketing campaigns.
• Provide a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in-club.
