Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience. You will enroll guests, onboard new members, and drive member engagement with fitness offerings and digital tools.

You will generate leads, promote campaigns, and meet personal and team sales goals while providing a friendly, club-wide customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club describing facilities and services aligned to goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Obtains leads from community and internal sources for new business.
• Sets appointments for leads and promotes campaigns.
• Manages leads with a Lead Management System and daily planner.
• Provides member-centric experiences and supports retention with SSM guidance.
