Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive membership sales, and promote fitness and retail offerings within our clubs.

You will onboard new members, generate leads, exceed sales goals, and collaborate with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class member experience. Benefits include a comprehensive plan and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how our products/services meet their fitness needs.
• Tour potential members and describe facility, equipment, services and amenities.
• Communicate membership and fitness offers clearly using company tools.
• Effectively enroll guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Prospect and generate leads through community outreach and promotions.
• Manage leads with Lead Management System and daily planner.
