Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive membership sales both in-club and via programs. You will onboard new members, promote fitness offerings, and maintain relationships to support member retention.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, achieving sales goals, and partnering with the Sales and Service Manager to create a welcoming club experience for all guests and members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in service sales in fitness or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class sales and service experience to guests and members.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Generate leads and set appointments through community outreach and on-site programs.
• Promote memberships, fitness, and retail products using company tools and protocols.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
