24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership, fitness, and retail sales. You will onboard new members, promote offerings, and nurture relationships to support retention and club profitability.

The role emphasizes outbound lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving sales goals while providing a welcoming, member-centric experience in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

Sales experience in fitness or retail preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work with computers and POS systems.
Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.
CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Execute CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
Tour potential members and describe facilities, services and amenities.
Clearly present membership and fitness offers using company tools.
Effectively enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocols.
On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
