Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience, drive memberships, and promote fitness products and services. You will build relationships, enroll new members, and meet sales targets while guiding prospects through the club’s offerings.

In this role you will tour facilities, explain amenities, and collaborate with the team to ensure a best-in-class member experience. A strong service mindset and comfort with POS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in fitness/retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and member acquisition strategies.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with membership management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members, describes facilities, equipment, services and amenities.
• Communicates memberships and fitness offers using company tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and follows MAP procedures.
• Onboards new members and supports retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads through community outreach and promotions.
• Sets appointments for leads and manages follow-up to convert opportunities.
• Provides a friendly check-in experience and assists members with needs.
• Participates in ongoing training and uses POS and membership systems efficiently.
