Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a skilled Member Service Representative to build relationships with members, process accounts and loans, and promote digital banking tools. You will handle complex transactions, educate members on solutions, and provide timely, friendly service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years in member services or lending, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work Saturdays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience is required.
• Additional training in banking, loans or new accounts is required.

Responsabilités

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Completes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products such as checking and savings, credit cards, loans, CDs Money Markets; refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Provides coaching and guidance to team members.
