Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique Member experience by assisting Members with a variety of transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check to cash, etc.).
• Educate Members on digital solutions and cross-sell platform products and services.
• Resolve Member inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner; balance cash and instruments daily.
