The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and clear communication. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process checks and review accounts on the Negative Shares report.
• Contact members by phone or written correspondence to collect on delinquent accounts.
• Identify accounts for potential charge-off eligibility.
• Gather documentation for further collection activity.
• Communicate with a diverse member base.
