The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, managing delinquent accounts, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in similar roles, strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining professional relationships with members and

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience in collections or supervisory roles.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful and high pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to operate computer applications, financial calculators, and other basic business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Member Solutions Department.
• Direct and control all collections functions including late, delinquent, and charged-off accounts.
• Assist with difficult and complex account situations and policy reviews.
• Coordinate activities to support Credit Union objectives and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Train, direct, and evaluate department personnel; monitor performance and quality control.
• Maintain professional relationships with members, agencies, and business partners; ensure timely collections documentation and reporting.
