Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle personal and business account transactions; open accounts and process loan applications.
• Educate members on credit, savings options, and investments.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls; present professional service.
