The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Welcome Center Representative to join the Center Staff at North Suburban YMCA. You will manage member check-in, provide program and membership information, and assist with sales while ensuring safety policies are followed.

This part-time role requires a friendly, multitasking team player who can handle calls, guide tours when needed, and support a fast-paced lobby environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle member inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and participants in a welcoming manner.
• Assist with member check-in and program information.
• Sales of memberships and programs and answer phone inquiries.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe lobby area.
• Open, close, and cover weekend shifts as needed.
