Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Member Specialist in our AAA network. You will greet members, offer Legendary Service, and provide DMV, notary and travel-related services in a sales-driven environment.

You will support travel reservations, passport photos, and cash handling while working Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed. Notary licensing must be obtained within the first year. Competitive incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services.
• Preparing and providing TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information.
