Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, handle DMV transactions, and assist with travel and membership services. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service in line with Club QA standards.

Responsibilities include notary services, cash handling, and daily reporting. You will mentor junior staff and support timekeeping and scheduling while identifying cross-sell opportunities to enhance member value.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Notary license within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide DMV registration services where offered and complete transactions.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel-related materials.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations and membership sales.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits; assist with reports.
• Provide notary services per National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.
• Mentor and train junior employees and assist with scheduling.
