Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and guide them to the right area. The role includes notary and DMV-related transactions, supporting administrative functions, and delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include processing memberships, insurance payments, and travel-related services, while mentoring junior employees and assisting with scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years experience as Branch Specialist 2/3 or related preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others; DMV licensing system proficiency.
• Notary license obtained or obtainable; notary knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person; determine service needs.
• Provide requested services or refer to appropriate area; resolve issues.
• Handle notary and DMV license transactions where applicable; process travel materials.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships; process payments and renewals.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily/weekly/monthly reports; schedule staff.
