Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the proper area. Notary/DMV transactions may be performed, with a focus on exceptional customer service per QA standards.

The role includes supporting administrative functions in the manager's absence, mentoring junior staff, and helping with scheduling and reporting while ensuring accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine the nature of service.
• Provide requested services or direct to appropriate area; may perform notary and/or DMV license transactions.
• Resolve problems and assist with administrative functions in absence of manager.
• Provide high level of customer service according to Club's standards.
• Balances cash drawer and assists with daily deposits and reports.
• Mentor and train junior employees; assist with scheduling branch staff.
