Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and deliver high-quality customer support. You will handle DMV tasks where offered, assist with travel arrangements, and promote AAA memberships, all while ensuring accurate payments and notary duties per policies.

Role requires notary eligibility, DMV proficiency, strong multitasking, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Occasional travel may be involved as part of a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 year preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide DMV registration services where offered and follow state DMV regulations.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, tour books and travel materials.
• Assist members with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships.
• Process payments and upgrades, including renewals.
• Handle Travel Money and merchandise transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits; assist with reports.
• Provide notary services per National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Mentor and train junior staff and assist with scheduling.
