Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring for a front-line associate responsible for member service, checkout duties, and merchandise support. You will assist customers with purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges while following safety standards. Training on new tools and processes will be provided to help you grow within the club.

The position emphasizes friendly service, efficient checkout, and proactive guidance to members on self-service technology and product options.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash registers)
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred
• Membership verification and guest assistance skills are required

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology; processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains and zones merchandise; assists members with locating items and transporting them.
• Trains new processes and tools to Member Frontline Services associates.
