Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products.
• Handles payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Keeps safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains merchandise, zones areas, assists with locating items and helps members transport purchases.
