Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a frontline associate to deliver member service at the front end, process purchases, and promote Club products and services. You will maintain the checkout area, assist members with payments, returns, and exchanges, and guide customers in using self-service tools.

You will also help resolve member concerns, follow safety procedures, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment with clear attention to member needs and asset security.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and procedures and reports unsafe situations.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and keeps entrance/exit areas organized.
