• Support state filings and lien recordings.
• Process loan documents for accuracy and legality.
• Deliver professional member service and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Cross-train to provide operational coverage.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to meet service requirements.
