Job summary

Credit-Union-of-Texas is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist to assist new and potential members in identifying membership and lending needs and delivering solutions to their financial goals. You will provide outstanding service with every interaction, building trust through knowledgeable guidance.

In this role you will uncover member needs by asking questions, process memberships and account requests, and refer products to internal partners while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding service experience to members with every interaction
• Uncover member needs by asking questions and provide solutions
• Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners
• Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance
• Regularly follow up with members to ensure needs are met
• Aim to meet or exceed sales and service goals
• Stay up to date on products, services, and disclosures through training
• Maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act
• Maintain confidentiality of member information
