Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist to assist new and potential members with identifying membership and lending needs and delivering financial solutions. You will help members choose appropriate products, process memberships and accounts, and continuously follow up to ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with a focus on meeting sales and service goals while staying compliant with financial regulations.

• Process memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance requests.
• Follow up with members to ensure needs are met and identify additional needs.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Stay updated on products, services, and campaigns through training and disclosures.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act / OFAC / Reg CC / USA PATRIOT Act.
